Brown Sugar Meat Loaf
I have just got to give you this recipe. My family and I have all tried and it was a big hit. Let me tell you I have made it atleast six times, yes I said 6 times in the last 2 months. My husband and kids cant get enough of it. Hubby tells me that I cant make any other kind of meatloaf now.
Ingredience~
3 lbs. Hamburger
2 TableSpoons Worechesthire sauce
1/2 Cup Katsup
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 TeaSpoons Ginger
1 Onion (diced)
4 eggs
1 Pkg. crackers (crumbled)
3/4 cup Milk
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Directions~
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Put Hamburger, onions, eggs, ginger, milk, salt and pepper, and crackers in a bowl and mix up. Grease a pan of you liking lightly with oil. Make into Loaf. Bake for about an hour or until the juices run clear. While the meatloaf is in oven, take katsup and brown sugar and combine very will in a bowl. About 20 mins. before the meatloaf is done spread brown sugar mixture over the meatloaf. This recipe serves about 8-10 depending on size of servings you dish out. Happy baking and eating!!
I have tried this recipe two ways. In loaf form and in muffin form. Both are great but everyone that I have made it for likes it in the muffinn form. If you are going to make it in muffin form cook for about 45 min. and 20 mins. before it is done add the brown sugar sauce. I hope to hear you comments on this one, as it is the best yet that I have made.
